At G-Wolves Gaming, we stand by the quality of our high-performance peripherals; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, mint condition with all packaging and accessories included to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via the portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the gaming mouse or accessory in its original box, ensuring all extra PTFE feet, cables, and tools are included.

  Ship to G-Wolves

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
